Refund and Return Policy
Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your item. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may return it to us for an exchange or refund, subject to the terms below.
Returns
You may return your item within fourteen (14) days of the purchase date. To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be in new, unused condition, and in its original packaging.
- You must first request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) by emailing us at: candelaromaco22@gmail.com
- Once approved, securely package the item and send it to the following return address:

Please note:
- You are responsible for all return shipping charges.
- We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method.
- We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item if it is not trackable.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:
- You will be notified via email of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment.
- Please allow at least 7 business days from receipt of your item for processing.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund:
- Recheck your bank account.
- Contact your credit card company — it may take time to post.
- Contact your bank — there’s often a processing delay.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, contact us at the email above and send the item to the return address provided.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you:
- You’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return.
- Once received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the gift wasn’t marked as a gift, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
Shipping Costs
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- If a refund is issued, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
- For expensive items, we recommend using shipping insurance.
